Frequently asked questions
Can I skip the cover page?
Yes. Number only the pages you choose, and set the first number so the count starts where you want.
Do numbers follow rotated pages?
Yes. Positions are measured on the page as you see it, so bottom centre stays at the bottom even on rotated pages.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Page Numbers runs entirely in your browser: your files are processed on your device and never sent to a server.
Is it free?
Yes. It's free, with no sign-up, no watermarks and no daily limits.
Is there a file size limit?
There's no upload limit, because nothing is uploaded. Very large files are limited only by your device's memory.
